Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Your Store. We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product must include all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Important:
Items that appear worn, damaged, washed, altered, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate wear

  • Cosmetics or skincare

  • Clearance / Sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Underwear or socks

  • Fragile items damaged due to mishandling

3. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong product, incorrect size, or a defective item, you may request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, you may choose a different product or store credit.

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at  igstorepk123@gmail.com with your Order Number.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product showing its condition.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the return is due to an error on our side.

5. Refunds

We currently offer refunds in the form of:

  • Store Credit / Voucher (valid for future purchases)

Cash refunds are not provided unless the product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.
