International shipping is currently not available (optional—can be removed if needed).

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery may be delayed during holidays, sale events, or unfavorable weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel.

  • Exact delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on specific promotions or order amount thresholds.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can use this information to monitor your parcel’s journey.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most locations across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Your parcel may be marked undeliverable if:

  • The courier cannot reach your address

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The contact number is switched off

  • Delivery is refused without reason

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos or videos immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will assist you with a replacement or claim, depending on the situation.

9. Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your address while placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or loss due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Missing details

  • Incorrect contact number
